Jessy saved the nation by containing the insect before it could spread sickness. The authorities discovered that someone had left the creature in the forest to teach the government a lesson. The group was charged with endangering the public.

When Jessy was fully recovered and invited to the president’s office to receive a medal, she couldn’t believe it. As a kid, she had always dreamt of such a moment, but to experience it was beyond her wildest imagination. Believe it?

Jessy went to the vet because she thought they could help.

While others in the clinic were fleeing, Jessy stood her ground. Her fearlessness was palpable. She had discovered a creature in the forest and was determined to save it.

The doctor needed to open the box to see if they could help. She turned pale and ran away, taking the box with her. Jessy yelled for her to come back, but she didn’t.

Jessy was confused by everyone’s reaction, especially the vet’s.

She knew the creature needed help, and she sensed it was something extraordinary. She had never encountered anything like it in the woods. The vet returned, adding to the mystery.

When she came back, the vet was different. She told Jessy the creature was locked up, and she was safe. The girl wanted to see it, so she saved it. The vet said it was dangerous.

Desperate to leave, Jessy tried to reach the door, but the vet blocked her path. She ordered Jessy to sit down. The police were on their way. ‘The police!’ Jessy cried out. She was no criminal, so why was the vet treating her like one?

The authorities asked Jessy questions as soon as they arrived. The girl was only 12, so they couldn’t keep her long. Feeling overwhelmed, she wanted her parents to come.

Jessy’s parents arrived at the vet clinic within 15 minutes.

After hearing the authorities’ side, Jessy’s mom and dad encouraged her to tell her story.

Jessy also had to get checked out.

Jessy was ready to share her story. She has always loved animals.

Jessy loves nature and often walks in the woods.

While walking in the woods outside her city, she heard an animal cry for help.

Jessy quickly found the creature. It was so strange that she didn’t know what it was, even though she learned much about animals.

Jessy used her bag to make a carrier for the giant creature. She put it inside. However, she got stung and showed her hand to the authorities and medical practitioners later.

Jessy flagged down a car to hitch a ride. The driver gave her a box and drove her to the vet.

The authorities found the woman who gave Jessy a ride.

The vet started coughing.

Something was wrong. The creature might be making the vet sick, so experts and authorities needed to act fast to find the beast.

The search team collected samples for further examination.

The officer reached the lab in about 15 minutes.

The experts couldn’t be sure the creature could be taken safely. They didn’t want to take a chance. After collecting the sample, it was no longer needed. They had to burn the creature.

They found eggs. Because of the creature, people were experiencing the same symptoms. They had to find where the eggs went.

The government set up a hotline for people to call with any information.

Jessy saved the nation by containing the insect before it could spread sickness. The authorities discovered that someone had left the creature in the forest to teach the government a lesson. The group was charged with endangering the public.

When she was better, the president gave her a medal. As a kid, she couldn’t believe it was real.

In late 2019, a deadly virus spread around the world. By 2020, the world was locked down to stop the disease until vaccines were ready. May Jessy’s story remind us that we can survive hardships together.
