As we all know, TikTok is where viral challenges, beauty hacks, and the tastiest recipes are found. Do you remember when feta pasta was all the rage on the internet? Or what about when you couldn’t get away from a video of someone eating rice, salmon, and nori thanks to Emily Mariko’s viral recipe?

The latest craze is healthy Coca-Cola. As you may know, regular Coke contains a lot of sugar. According to the Coca-Cola website, a 12 oz regular Coke contains 39 grams of sugar. The good news is that the sugar content in Healthy Coke is much less.

So, what’s in a healthy Coke? The drink is made with balsamic vinegar and sparkling water. To make it, grab a glass, add a few drops of balsamic vinegar, and fill it with sparkling water. Voila! You’ve got yourself a healthy Coke.

It tastes like the real thing. Amanda Jones’s TikTok video first popularized the drink in question. Amanda got the recipe from her Pilates instructor.

“It’s a healthy alternative to Coke, and I’m not kidding—it tastes just like Coke. “You might think I’m crazy,” Amanda said.

Amanda then added a generous splash of balsamic vinegar to a glass filled with ice before filling the rest of the cup with La Croix guava-flavored sparkling water. “It tastes like Coke, it’s healthy, and it’s good for you,” she said while drinking it.

People are even making their own healthy versions of Coke to see if they taste like the real thing.

If you want to reduce your sugar intake and try a “healthy” version of Coke, you could always try Diet Coke or Coke Zero. They taste just like Coke but without vinegar.
