Netflix has released a blooper reel for Wednesday, and Jenna Ortega’s bloopers show her impressive performance. Wednesday and Ortega have broken Netflix records, becoming one of the most streamed series. The success of Tim Burton’s spin-off of The Addams Family has shown a new side to the spooky family and new ways to explore The Addams Family. Wednesday pays homage to some classic Addams Family traits, like the double snap from the title sequence, but also introduces new things, like Wednesday and her friends having superpowers.

Jenna Ortega trained hard to play Wednesday Addams. She learned to play the cello, fence, and even not to blink. Christina Ricci, who played Wednesday Addams in the original series, agreed not to discuss how Wednesday should be played so that Ortega could create her version. Wednesday is a dark coming-of-age comedy. The end of season 1 leaves many questions for season 2. But the bloopers show the filming environment was different from the tone of Wednesday.

The Wednesday bloopers show Jenna Ortega slipping out of character and smiling. Ortega smiles a lot. She likes to have fun and is often goofy with the other cast members. In one blooper, Ortega and Joy Sunday (who plays Bianca) are shooting their fencing scene. Ortega is jumping and dancing.

Ortega accidentally hits Emma Myers (who plays Enid Sinclair) in the face and breaks the character to see if Myers is OK. Ortega is naturally caring, so it’s impressive that she plays Wednesday so well. Ortega only smiles after the shot needs a retake, showing how easily she can play Wednesday Addams.

Jenna Ortega is perfect for the role of Wednesday Addams. Ortega can easily switch between her cheerful self and the ultra-serious Wednesday Addams, which shows she understands and embodies the role. Ortega also performed her stunts, such as being thrown against a tree by The Hyde. This shows how committed she was to playing Wednesday Addams.

Jenna Ortega can make Wednesday Addams more complex. Ortega’s Wednesday is still dark, fascinated with murder, and hates social interactions. Ortega adds new layers to Wednesday Addams. Wednesday cries at one point, which makes her more fascinating and adds depth. Ortega is the perfect Wednesday Addams.
