Goldie Hawn reveals the secret of her long relationship with Kurt Russell.

“You have to have good sex,” Goldie, 78, said on Friday at her Love-In Gala celebrating the 20th anniversary of The Goldie Hawn Foundation and MindUP. News.

“Sex connects you and creates belonging.” People in good sexual relationships last longer. “It’s not just about the act. It’s about the warmth and intimacy it creates,” she said.

Goldie added, “Be nice to each other.”

Goldie and Kurt have been together since 1983. They have a son, Wyatt Russell, 38, and two other children from Goldie’s second marriage.

She also said that couples don’t always agree, and that’s okay.

“You’re not the same person,” she said. You sometimes think differently. You have to accept that, but ask yourself, are we having fun? Do we laugh together? Do we have things in common? You don’t have to share everything.

Kurt also advised on forming a solid partnership.

“Most people who have been together a long time share one thing,” Russell told E! at the Beverly Hills gala. “After that many years together, you’ve experienced a lot and understand the ups and downs.”

“I love that we met, and we’re still together.” “We still like being together,” Kurt added.

Kurt has a son, Boston Russell, 44, with his ex-wife, Season Hubley, 73.

Kurt was the main character, Lee Shaw, in The Monarch. He also appeared with his son Wyatt in the TV series Legacy of Monsters.

Kurt stars in the upcoming British crime thriller The Rivals of Amaziah King, which also stars Matthew McConaughey, Cole Sprouse, Owen Teague, Scott Shepherd, Rob Morgan, and Tony Revolori.

The Love-In Gala celebrated MindUp’s 20th anniversary. MindUp is a mental health program that teaches students, educators, and families to build emotional literacy and resilience.

Kurt, Oliver, and other celebrities supported Goldie at the event: Fergie, Demi Moore, Martin Short, Brooks Nader, Nicole Williams-English, Melanie Griffith, Jason Weinberg, Rachel Zoe, Brenda Song, Macaulay Culkin, Nico Mizrahi, Jamie Mizrahi, Orlando Bloom, and Katie Aselton.
