It is estimated that numerous canines are euthanized daily in high-kill shelters with minimal prospects of being adopted. Consequently, Tracy Whyatt intervened and resolved to take action. Tracy pursued her interest in rescuing neglected dogs and established a company called Tracy’s Dogs.

Tracy and her husband, Scott, transport canines from overcrowded kill shelters in a 32-foot trailer to other states, where they are placed in forever homes. They have partnered with PetSmart, a meeting place for the dogs and their new owners.

As one might expect, the owners experience a profound emotional response the moment they see their new dogs for the first time. As the door to the trailer swings open, the assembled group is overcome with emotion, and tears begin to flow. We warmly welcome you and the new arrivals and wish you all the best in your new lives.

Since the inception of their enterprise in 2011, Tracy and Scott have facilitated the adoption of over 3,700 canines. Without their intervention, the majority of these dogs would not have survived. The enterprise is a laudable one, and Tracy’s Dogs is deserving of the utmost commendation.
