Jennifer Lopez has made a lot of money from buying and selling houses. Her first house was a Los Angeles mansion that she purchased for $4.3 million in 2000 and sold for $10.95 million four years later. 

She liked buying property and went on to buy six more expensive houses. She still owns a three-bedroom house in Encino and an eight-bedroom mansion in the Hamptons. She purchased the first in 2020 for $1.4 million and the second in 2013 for $10 million. The other four are in Miami, Hidden Hills, Manhattan, and Bel Air. 

Lopez has co-owned expensive properties with her exes. For example, she shared a property in Brookville, New York, with her third husband, Marc Anthony. In 2017, about three years after the couple divorced, the property changed hands for $4.5 million. She has also co-owned estates in Park Avenue, Malibu, and Miami with her ex-fiancé Alex Rodriguez, who used to be a baseball player. In 2023, she bought a substantial 12-bedroom house in Beverly Hills with her ex-husband, actor Ben Affleck, for $60.9 million. The couple put the property on sale in July 2024 with a price tag of $68 million.

She doesn’t mind spending money on clothes.

The cars she has collected show how rich she is.

Lopez owns three Rolls-Royce cars: a Phantom, a Ghost, and a Dawn. All of these cars cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. She also has a Bentley Continental GTC, a Ferrari 488 GTB, and an Aston Martin DB7.

But, interestingly, Lopez spent 25 years as a passenger, never driving. The superstar finally agreed to take the driver’s seat in 2019 when her ex-fiancé Alex Rodriguez gave her a Porsche for her 50th birthday.

Jennifer Lopez, who turned 55 in 2024, doesn’t look her age. She works out a lot. Lopez has been working with personal fitness trainers for years. 

According to the outlet, Romero works with Lopez three times a week. Lopez also does the Tracy Anderson Method, a fitness program focusing on dance aerobics. Assuming Romero is paid the average personal fitness training fees charged in America, about $100 per session, Lopez spends a minimum of $12,000 a month working out with Romero alone. Membership of the Tracy Anderson Method costs $900 monthly after an initiation payment of $1,500. 

Romero’s collection of designer bags is worth a lot, but the price tags are shocking. 

In April 2024, she was seen carrying a Himalayan crocodile Birkin bag that was said to be worth $432,000. She also owns expensive Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Christian Dior bags.

She also has engagement rings worth millions of dollars. Jennifer Lopez has been engaged six times (twice to Ben Affleck) and married four times. 

She paid for her 2024 Prime Video movie herself. In 2002, the first phase of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s love story inspired the singer’s third studio album, “This Is Me… Then.” Over 20 years later, on 16 February 2024, Lopez released the sequel to that album, which she named “This Is Me… Now.” The 2024 album was released simultaneously as “This Is Me… Now: A Love Story,” a musical drama available on Prime Video. The streaming service says that the film shows Lopez’s “journey to love through her own eyes.” The movie and album are two parts of a three-part project, including a documentary showing how the album was made. Titled “The Greatest Love Story Never Told,” the documentary was released on 27 February 2024.

The whole project cost Lopez $20 million, which is a lot of money.
