Lots of celebrities have spoken in the past about how they stay so fit and healthy. Taylor Swift is not the only one. However, she has found ways to stay healthy that suit her lifestyle and has been praised by experts.

She works out with her trainer, Simone De La Rue, who created the Body by Simone Method.

Here’s an idea of what T-Swift’s food diary might look like today.

Taylor Swift’s favorite breakfast is anything but simple.

She always has thinly sliced deli ham, eggs, and Parmesan cheese in the fridge to make her favorite morning meal quickly. She also always has orange juice in the morning.

She eats healthily during the week.

While healthy eating can mean different things to different people, Swift told WebMD that, for her, it involves adding “salads, yogurt, and sandwiches” to her diet “during the week” while also cutting out “sugary drinks.”

She admitted that while she does try to keep her meals relatively light, she doesn’t believe in following a rigorous diet.

But at the weekend, it’s a different story.

Taylor Swift may try to keep her weekday meals light, but as far as the weekends are concerned, anything goes. “I allow myself to eat what I know from common sense is bad for me,” Swift said while telling WebMD about her weekend eating habits. Instead of the usual “salads, yogurt, and sandwiches,” she is more likely to order “a burger and fries.” She also said that she likes ice cream, which is often on the menu for the weekend.

Taylor Swift enjoys having a burger and fries at the weekend, but that doesn’t mean she cooks them or goes to expensive burger restaurants. She told Whirl magazine that her favorite fast food restaurants are Wendy’s and McDonald’s.

Taylor Swift loves Southern and comfort foods.

During an interview with Vanity Fair at her apartment in Nashville, Taylor Swift said she likes country cooking. She ordered chicken sandwiches and lavender lemonade from one of her favorite restaurants in town.

She likes to drink a lot of water and coffee.

In an interview with Bon Appétit, Swift said grilling was her “biggest food revelation.”

She now prepares healthy grilled dishes, such as marinated chicken, “garlic green beans,” and other vegetables. She also loves to make burgers on the grill.

She also eats (and bakes) cookies.

She is good not only at grilling but also at baking.

She also bakes other delicious treats like apple pie, sheet cake, and cupcakes. She even made a cute pink cake for her friend Selena Gomez, with white icing that said, “Gomez or go home,” and the number 26 on it.

She also told the magazine that her favorite meal when she visits home is her mum’s brisket and pot roast.

She always has hummus in the fridge.

When Vogue asked what she always has in her fridge, she replied, “Hummus.” Swift replied, “Hummus, weirdly.”

She also said that she takes gummy bear vitamins.

Taylor Swift likes to drink French Blonde.

She has recently started to try different types of alcohol. She used to love a vodka Diet Coke, but now she’s really into the French Blonde cocktail. She got into it when she went to the famous Kansas restaurant Rye with her good friend Brittany Mahomes and the other Chiefs’ wives and girlfriends in December 2023.

When she eats, Taylor Swift usually chooses Italian or Asian food.

She loves to cook and bake, but she also likes eating out. She has often been seen going to famous restaurants with her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, and having dinner with her friends, Blake Lively, Selena Gomez, and Zoë Kravitz.
