One fearless duck took the ride of a lifetime on the state’s famous Millennium Force roller coaster at Cedar Point Park this week.
The famous amusement park in Sandusky believes the duck likely snuck onto the roller coaster after it had already started operating. Tony Clark, a spokesman for Cedar Point, said in an email that the duck may have gotten on the ride after it had already begun working.
Rather than wait for park staff to remove the stowaway from the ride, a female visitor decided to take matters into her own hands and removed the stowaway from the ride herself.
Subsequently, this female visitor, who removed the bird from the attraction, decided to take the duck home immediately.
Amusement Today presented Millennium Force, which reaches speeds up to 93 mph, with the prestigious Golden Ticket Award for best steel roller coaster in 2019.
