On Thursday (September 12), the Oscar nominee showed off her toned body in an Instagram video.

Sharon came out of her pool after a workout in a striped bikini, sunglasses, and ankle weights.

Bandit, her French bulldog, made a special appearance at the end.

“Just finished my last workout with Coach @kristinemarie_18 before I film NOBODY 2 with @therealbobodenkirk. “So excited,” the actress wrote.

Sharon, 66, filmed herself leaving the swimming pool in her striped bikini. She works out up to five times a week.

“I work for it.” I work hard. “Discipline is freedom,” she said.

She eats low-glycemic foods like quinoa, lentils, and vegetables. She also likes fish, meat, and eggs.

“I don’t eat much processed food but can’t stop thinking about potato chips!”

Bob Odenkirk, who will co-star Sharon in the action-thriller Nobody 2, said, “We can’t wait to work with you, Sharon!”

Nobody is a 2021 film about a family man who becomes an assassin after a Russian crime boss targets his family.

Sharon will star in the sequel to Nobody, a 2021 action-thriller. The film also stars Bob Odenkirk, Connie Nielsen, Aleksey Serebryakov, RZA, Christopher Lloyd, and Michael Ironside.

The sequel is set for release on August 15, 2025. Sharon is playing a villain, but her role is not yet known.

In the video comments, Bob Odenkirk said he’s excited to work with Sharon. The Golden Globe winner will also appear in Elizabeth Taylor. Rebel Superstar, a BBC Arts series about Elizabeth Taylor, will be released on September 27.

Sharon and Elizabeth Taylor met through their work with HIV/AIDS.

“She sent me flowers when I had my stroke,” she said.

In the series, Sharon talks about Elizabeth’s career, activism, and experiences as a woman in Hollywood.
