According to a source who spoke to Page Six, Prince Harry would be willing to resume his royal duties if King Charles III requested it.

The Duke of Sussex, who is fifth in line to the throne, recently made a brief visit to see his father, who has been diagnosed with cancer. During a ‘Good Morning America’ interview on Friday, Harry emphasized his love for his family.

A royal insider confirmed this information. The source stated that Harry would likely not ask to help his father on his own, but if his dad were

to ask for his assistance, he would try.

Harry recently visited his 75-year-old father at Clarence House in London and reconciled with him during a 25-hour trip to the UK.

The renegade royal has been in Canada for the Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025’s One Year to Go celebrations with his wife, Meghan Markle.

During an interview with reporter Will Reeves, son of the late “Superman” star Christopher Reeves, Harry shared the moment he learned of his father’s diagnosis.

He said, ‘I spoke to him and immediately flew to see him.’

Harry also expressed his love for his family. I am grateful that I could visit my father and spend time with him on the plane.

When asked about his father’s health, he declined to comment.

According to multiple sources, Harry and Markle have been working on a plan for reconciliation with the royal family. However, Omid Scobie’s book revealed Charles and Kate Middleton as the two alleged racist royals, causing upset within the family.

Harry responded affirmatively when asked if Charles’ illness could have a reunifying effect.   I witness the strength of the family unit every day across all these families.

I live in California with my partner, the ‘Suits’ actress, and our two children, Prince Archie, 4, and Princess Lilibet, 2. However, I plan to return to the UK to visit my father.

Like everyone else, I have my own family and life in California. I have other trips planned that will take me through the UK or back to the UK. Therefore, I will visit my family as often as possible.
