Some have expressed concerns about Biden's ability to continue leading due to his age, but he has stated that he has no memory problems. Robert Hur's report determined that Joe would not be charged, but it also called into question the President's memory. According to Hur's report, Joe's memory was significantly limited based on various interviews. Additionally, Joe could not remember the dates of his vice presidency or his son Beau Biden's death.
