Although this real-life Barbie had previously stated that she did not use Photoshop to alter her appearance, Lukyanova has since admitted to editing her images to make them appear smoother. The "Barbie" doll has been shown to have all her ribs in place and a slim figure, which she has achieved through extensive training. She posts her photos on Instagram every day.
