Eddie Murphy
This is a film poster for Eddie Murphy playing a mystery man from the 1930s, or for twins. Eddie Murphy is a renowned actor who has entertained audiences with his distinctive voice and memorable characters.
The man on the left has the same smile and moustache, but we don’t know anything else about him. The photo would make an excellent prop for a future Eddie Murphy film.

Orlando Bloom
Actor Orlando Bloom might be a time traveller, or he might look like Nicolae Grigorescu, a Romanian painter.
Grigorescu was one of the pioneers who helped establish modern Romanian painting. His paintings were mostly impressionist and realistic. There is a metro station in Bucharest named after him.

Leonardo DiCaprio
Leo, as he’s also known, won our hearts in Titanic and has only gotten more handsome since then. It is surprising to see that he looks like this young lady, Judy Zipper.
This picture was found in a yearbook from the 1960s. Judy Zipper might be Leo’s long-lost relative.

Michael Jackson
Most people know Michael Jackson as the King of Pop. He was one of the most famous musicians and pop culture icons, and people still remember him today. Many people are aware that he has undergone a significant transformation in his appearance over the years.
He’s had many nose jobs and lightening treatments for his skin, and he looks very different from how he did in the early days of his career. Maybe his look was inspired by this ancient Egyptian bust. They do look quite similar.

Jennifer Lawrence
At first, it might look like the photo on the right is of Jennifer Lawrence, but it is actually of the Egyptian actress Zubaida Tharwat.
Tharwat was an actor for many years and had a very successful career. Lawrence is following in his footsteps. She has already played many roles and continues to impress everyone on and off-screen.

Keanu Reeves
Keanu Reeves was the star of Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure, a film about two high school students who get help from a time traveller to pass their history class. In the movie, they should’ve gone back to France in the 1800s to meet us with Keanu’s twin, Paul Mounet.
The artist painted this portrait of Mounet, probably because he was thinking of a future with Keano.

Justin Timberlake
“It’s gotta be me,” said Justin Timberlake when he found this picture of a mystery man from the 1800s. Timberlake is a singer-songwriter, actor, dancer, and producer. He can do all sorts, but his lookalike was not as good a person.
The image of the man from the 1800s is a mugshot, and we do not know what he did, but we can guess he was put in prison after his girlfriend left him very upset.

Nicolas Cage
Do you remember the film National Treasure? In it, Nicolas Cage used clues from history to find a treasure that the Founding Fathers had hidden. We have discovered a national treasure: Nicolas Cage has a historical clone.
While Cage has always been on the right side, his lookalike was on the wrong side. The man is Lt. Robert M. Smith of the Confederate Army. He was caught by the Union Army and kept as a prisoner.

Mark Zuckerberg
Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg has a distinctive appearance that is hard to replicate. Amazingly, even he has a lookalike from the past. King Phillip IV of Spain was painted in a way that makes him look like Zuckerberg.
This king loved art, and this is how he is rewarded.

Bruce Willis
One of Bruce Willis’s most famous roles was playing John McClane in the Die Hard films. He could even be perfect as General Douglas MacArthur in a movie about his life.
They both won lots of awards for their work. Willis was honoured on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and General MacArthur was given the five-star insignia. They are alike in more ways than their looks.
