Fans traveled from all corners of the globe, organizing themed events, karaoke nights, and even special Seine cruises. Thousands of people gathered near the concert venue. Some fans spent vast sums on the trip and tickets. Two fans from London said they paid around $2,000 for the chance to see the legendary singer's comeback.
