The 42-year-old singer, who recently said she hadn’t danced in years, could be seen dancing in a studio. She wore a colorful floral top, black shorts, and black boots. Her hair was pulled back in a ponytail.

Spears wore no jewelry as she showed off her dance moves to her 42.2 million followers. The song playing in the background was “Mi Gente” by J Balvin and Willy William. Spears added pink flower emojis to her fans’ comments. 

Britney’s latest video came just two days after she uploaded a previous dance reel, and she said she hadn’t danced since her bizarre knives clip. Last year in September, the pop star shared a video on Instagram of her dancing with knives. Fans were concerned, and the performer received a welfare check from the police. Spears later called it a “joke” because she was dancing with “fake” knives.  

She also danced to “Mi Gente” on Thursday in a black cropped top, shorts, and red boots. 

Britney wrote, “I haven’t danced in so long. The last time I danced, I was dancing with knives. People say I shouldn’t post those!”

“It’s been nine months since I’ve danced, but I did last night. It’s not very good, but I did it!”
