The Fenty Beauty boss has made several smart acquisitions, including her $22 million home in Barbados. The house seems a bit out there, but the view is stunning. This substantial five-bedroom place has a great view of the Caribbean Sea, and it’s got a gym with everything you need, tennis and golf courts, and places to dock your boat. On top of that, Rihanna became a National Hero of Barbados in 2021, which means she’s got the title for life.

Reese Witherspoon – Pacific Palisades, L.A. ($17 Million)

Since her breakthrough in the 1999 movie “Cruel Intentions,” Reese Witherspoon has made waves in Hollywood. She’s had great success as an actress and a producer with her own production company. 

She used to own this massive estate in L.A. but sold it in 2020 for just over $17 million. The house is 10,300 square feet and has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a huge ensuite master bedroom, and other fancy amenities.

Jennifer Aniston & Justin Theroux – Bel Air, L.A. ($21 Million)

Former celebrity couple Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux were both doing great in their respective careers, so they could afford this luxury home worth $21 million. The residence, located in Bel Air, is a mega-mansion that features luxurious facilities such as a huge two-story treehouse, a spa, an outdoor swimming pool, and a bar inside the living room.

Will Smith – California ($42 Million)
