Grandma won’t sleep in the retirement home until her son figures out what’s going on

Judith Mayer always tried to be the best wife and mother she could be. However, as the woman grew older, she remained close to her children while living with her husband, Allan, in the home they had purchased when they first got married. But when she was just 65, something unexpected happened. Allan suddenly fell sick with a mysterious illness. For the first few months after Allan died, Judith lived with Ashton and Mei in their two-bedroom house. "There is a great nursing home just up the road. Some friends from church have moved in there. I want to go," Judith had decided. The place was so amazing. It seemed too good to be true. And it was. But one day, she said something strange. "Yes, I'm fine, thank you," she said. "I'm just having trouble sleeping," she revealed. He went to the store and bought a camera the next morning. When they arrived at Judith's room, Ashton quickly sent his mother and Mei into the hallway to get some drinks. With adrenaline rushing through his body, he retrieved the camera from his bag and began placing it in the fake plant pot. As he began to search the room, he noticed something strange about the wallpaper. It looked like there were small tears in it as if someone had been trying to rip it down. After peeling back a bit of the wallpaper, he was surprised to see what was underneath. Behind the wallpaper, he saw a hole. As he drew closer to the door, he saw a sign that read "Storage." In the corner of the room, an old computer sat on a desk. He went over to the desk and switched on the computer. Ashton quickly realized that he had found a tremendous amount of information. The more he read, the sicker he felt. After reading through the files, he made sure not to leave any trace of his presence. He couldn't let the staff at the nursing home get away with it. As soon as the door opened, Ashton threw himself to the ground and hid behind his mother's bed. "Okay, let's get this over with," he heard a woman mutter to herself. He looked over the bed and saw one of the nurses. But she did something nobody would have thought possible. The woman had a box full of large, sharp rocks in her hand. The nurse carefully placed the rocks under the mattress, and her expression was hidden. Ashton got up and faced the nurse. He said to her in a firm voice, "What are you doing?" The nurse looked pale and was very nervous. Ashton quickly gathered his mum's things while Mei looked around for the nurse to come back. They quickly left the room together. As they finally stepped out into the fresh air, Ashton breathed a sigh of relief, knowing that they had escaped the horrible nursing home. "I'm calling 911, and I have it all on camera!" he revealed. He did what he said he would, and the police and an ambulance arrived quickly. The police and her boss spoke to the nurse while the ambulance took Judith for a check-up. When she got out, she insisted on going back to the nursing home. "They fired her. I will be fine," she said. Ashton did what his mother asked and took her back. From that moment on, she did very well in her new home. In the end, she was okay.
