She then revealed that doctors couldn't explain why she wasn't gaining weight after stopping the medication. According to Sharon, the decision to begin the course was prompted by the method's popularity: "Everyone was doing it." She also emphasized that she previously found it extremely difficult to lose weight using traditional methods—at one point, her weight reached around 104 kg. Today, Osborne says she doesn't regret her experience, but she admits that the desire for quick results backfired.
