At least 10 people were injured in the low-intensity bomb blast at The Rameshwaram

It had emerged that Nagaraj, the cafe's founder, was overseeing catering duties for the high-profile wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant in Jamnagar, Gujarat when the blast occurred. Bengaluru South MP Tejasvi Surya spoke with the restaurant's founder, who confirmed that a customer left a bag behind, causing the blast. This refutes claims of a cylinder explosion. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah stated that an investigation is underway to determine the cause and nature of the blast at the Rameshwaram Cafe. He emphasized the importance of not politicizing the incident and called for everyone's cooperation. He also stated that strict action would be taken against those responsible. Tejasvi Surya of the BJP expressed his concerns on social media and demanded answers from the Siddaramaiah government. He pointed out that it was a blast, not a cylinder explosion. Additionally, he spoke with Sri Nagaraj, the founder of Rameshwaram Café, about the incident. According to Surya's tweet, the blast occurred due to a bag left by a customer, not a cylinder explosion. A case has been registered under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and Explosive Substances Act regarding the incident.
