Plenty of Hollywood stars have left their last words for all to see, and we’ve found the previous tweets of some of your favorite actors, presented here as a remembrance of their lives.

Paul Walker

It’s not often that actors die in the middle of filming one of Hollywood’s highest-profile movies. Still, it happened in November 2013 when Fast and Furious star Paul Walker died in a car accident along with his friend Roger V. Rodas. It didn’t happen on set, but during the filming of “Fast and Furious 7,” and after Walker’s death, the cast and crew were never the same again. Although the movie could have been completed without the actor, his death left many searching for answers.

In addition, Walker often promoted not only his work but also that of his friends to uplift the spirits of those around him. In his latest post just after Thanksgiving, Walker posted an image of himself, Vin Diesel, and Tyrese Gibson from the “Fast and Furious” movies to cheer fans up. Accompanying the post with the hashtag “FastFridays,” Walker said: “The guys are coming back. Will you be ready?”. Sadly, Walker last appeared in the franchise after his death, in the 2015 sequel, which used CGI – and his brother as a body double – to complete his unfinished role.

Robin Williams

As one of the greatest comedians of his generation, Robin Williams came to the screen thanks to the TV series Mork and Mindy and remained there for decades. That being said, many did not realize that Williams’ tragic life story included severe issues with depression, and he committed suicide in August 2014.

Shocked and grief-stricken fans who took to Williams’ Twitter page after his death were met with an emotional final message – a letter to his daughter Zelda. Williams’ last tweet, reposting a message he posted on his Instagram, included a photo of him with his daughter as a child and told his followers, “Happy Birthday Ms. Zelda Ray Williams! Ms. Zelda Rae Williams is a quarter century old today, but she’s always been my baby girl.” The message was published on July 31, 2014, his daughter’s 25th birthday, and was sent just 11 days before he took his own life.

Matthew Perry

“Matthew Perry became the face of sarcasm in the 1990s, playing Chandler Bing. But behind his smiles was a man suffering from depression and drug addiction, and these problems forced fellow movie stars like Jennifer Aniston to step in and help him. Unfortunately, his drug problems continued to plague Perry, and in October 2023, the star died of a ketamine overdose.

Just before his death—actually two days before it—Perry took to Twitter, but not to discuss his problems or even promote an upcoming project. He wrote humorously about his favorite movies, inviting his followers to have their say.
