Six-year-old Eissa, born with the powerful Jackson genes, is already starting to show his musical talents and may be following in the footsteps of his musically accomplished mom, Janet Jackson.
After the family show, which ran from 1976 to 1977, 10-year-old Janet starred in the fifth and sixth seasons of the popular television series “Good Times,” followed by cameo roles in the series “Different Strokes” and “Fame.”
However, it was her music career that brought her stardom. The multi-award-winning singer is known as the author of many chart-topping hits such as “Together Again,” “That’s the Way Love Goes,” “Nasty,” and “Love Will Never Do (Without You).”
When Janet was 50, she gave birth to a child with her then-husband, Qatar-born Wissam Al Mana. After the boy’s birth, it was only three months later that the couple separated after five years of marriage, marking Wissam’s third divorce from Janet.
According to the testimony of her brother Randy, who accompanied Janet to divorce court, his sister endured “verbal abuse” from billionaire Al Mana. She felt like a “prisoner in her own home.”
So, in June 2018, Janet called the police and asked them to check on the child’s health while Ace was in his father’s care. However, the baby was safe, and according to TMZ, Janet was worried that her ex was using drugs around the 17-month-old. It all turned out to be a big misunderstanding, and neither Janet nor Wissam have spoken about it.
Not long after breaking up with Al Mana, the “When I Think of You” singer revealed that she was dedicated to being a real mom to her son.
In no time, Jackson has managed to balance her busy work schedule, which includes touring and being a mom.
The superstar is known to protect her son, shielding him from prying eyes. However, now and then, fans get a glimpse into her life with her rapidly growing boy.
She recently shared a group photo of her son and his classmates spoiling themselves with gifts from the children’s TV series Paw Patrol. An Instagram video was also posted where Janet tells fans she’s about to board a plane and looks forward to meeting everyone on the tour. Still, she’s interrupted by Ace – who isn’t in the photo – who demands her attention.
In 2019, when Eissa was just two years old, Janet gave a delightful speech about his induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Above all, she is grateful for the love she has for her little miracle, Eisse.
“[He] showed me that love can always be deeper no matter how deep you think you’ve experienced that emotion. Love is limitless.”
And another musical member of the Jackson family! That said, Eissa’s uncle Michael, whose artistry and music still influence musical genres today, was about the same age as Eissa when he started his career, so it will be interesting to see what path Janet’s son takes!
