Reportedly, neither family nor friends suspected anything. She was even congratulated on the upcoming addition and given expensive gifts, including a stroller worth around £1,000. Even her boyfriend, believed to be the baby's father, was unaware of the truth. Kira later claimed to have given birth to a girl weighing just over two kilograms, claiming the baby had heart problems. However, suspicions began to arise when loved ones noticed the "baby" was silent, and Kira herself refused to allow anyone to hold her, citing medical reasons.
